WHY Counselling Services are hosting Hope Alive Group Therapy Level 1 Counsellor training from 27th October - 2nd November 2013. Hope Alive Group Therapy addresses child abuse, neglect, pregnancy losses especially abortion. Presented by Dr. Oprah Marasigan from the Philipines. Venue: St John of God Retreat Centre in Safety Bay.

WHY Counselling Services is leading the way in collecting data using pregnancy loss and childhood mistreatment questionnaires for Australia. The survey information is collated and used in research by Professor P. Ney MD FRCP(C) MA RPsych, Founder, Hope Alive Group Therapy
Each Hope Alive group therapy is measured and assessed using pre and post treatment questionaries to measure the outcomes of group therapy.
